The Walhalla and Mountain Rivers Trail provides a fascinating drive through some of Victoria's most spectacular scenery. Rawson Village is centrally located to some many of the natural attractions.

In April 2008 the South Face Road will open linking this region to Mt Baw Baw Resort - getting to Mt Baw Baw will be even easier. This road will provide a direct link from Erica, Rawson and Walhalla to Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort. Travel time between Erica and Rawson to Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort will be less than 40 minutes. During the snow season it is necessary to carry chains to Mt Baw Baw and Mt St Gwinear - call into our Reception Office for information of where to hire chains and the type of chains required.
